Packing is the part we care most about. A tub like this is beautiful and unforgiving, and freight is rough — so we over-build every shipment:
- Protective film over the entire acrylic surface
- Rolled foam wrapped around the body of the tub
- A triple-wall corrugated carton, sized to the tub rather than a stock box
- Rigid corner posts running the full height of every corner, so the weight of anything stacked above travels down to the pallet instead of onto your tub
- A wooden pallet base, so forklifts never touch the tub itself
- Banding straps pulling it all into one rigid unit
- Hardware packed separately, so loose metal never comes into contact with the acrylic.
The carrier will call you to book a delivery window. Delivery is curbside — the driver lowers the pallet to the ground at your driveway — so plan on two people to bring it in from there.
One small thing that makes a real difference: take a look at the carton before you sign for it. We explain exactly what to check and why, and if anything went wrong in transit, we handle it from there.
30 days to change your mind.
If the tub is unused and still in its original carton and pallet, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange the return. We handle the pallet pickup itself, so you won't need to arrange freight yourself; you're just covering what it costs. You'll be responsible for the return freight and a 20% restocking fee — both are deducted from your refund.
We'd rather tell you that now than surprise you later. Freight on a bathtub genuinely runs into the hundreds each way, and we'd sooner keep our prices low than build free returns into what everyone pays.
If your tub arrives damaged, or turns out to be faulty, none of that applies. We cover it completely — no fee, no return freight, nothing for you to arrange. All we ask is that you follow the two-minute check at delivery and let us know within 48 hours. That's what lets us claim against the carrier — and it's what lets us take care of it entirely, at no cost to you.
Five years, and that includes the hardware.
Every Gramans tub is covered for five years from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship: the acrylic shell, the feet, the finish, and the drain and overflow that come in the box.
That last part is deliberate. Plenty of brands cover the tub generously and quietly drop the hardware to a year — which is where things actually tend to go wrong. Ours is covered on exactly the same terms.

Will it fit through my door? Measure the narrowest point on the path in — doorways, corners, stairs. Tubs are carried on their side, so width and height matter more than length. Everything you need is in the specs above, and if it's close, email us before you buy and we'll work it out with you.
Is the drain included? Yes — a matching white drain and overflow, not the chrome ring most brands leave you with. The Valkenburg is the exception: its clawfoot styling calls for chrome, so that's what it ships with.
Is a faucet included? No. Freestanding tubs are sold without one so you can choose floor, wall, or deck-mounted to suit your bathroom.
Do I need a plumber? We'd recommend it. There's a drain rough-in through the floor and the tub has to sit properly level. The installation manual is above in the Tab "Installation Manual" if you'd like to look before you buy.
Do you publish interior dimensions? Yes, on every product page. Interior length, width, and soaking depth are what determine how a tub actually feels to sit in — and most retailers don't list them at all.
How do I look after it? Warm water, a mild soap, a soft cloth. That's honestly it — acrylic is non-porous and doesn't ask for much. Just keep abrasive powders, scouring pads, and solvents like acetone or ammonia well away from it, and give it a rinse after bath bombs or oils so nothing sits on the surface. Care & Cleaning ->
